nited Nations Environment Programme Division of Technology, Industry, and Economics (UNEP DTIE) OzonAction Programme provides CLIO3 as a free service to help keep readers informed about cross-cutting issues between ozone depletion and climate change. The goal of CLIO3 is to provide information, stimulate discussion and promote cooperation in support of climate protection and compliance with the Montreal Protocol. With the exception of items written by UNEP and occasional contributions solicited from other organizations, the news is sourced from newspapers, journals, press releases and websites.
